5 Simple Steps
Get In Touch
Submit your enquiry here or call a member of our Acquisitions team and arrange a free appraisal for your property at a time best suited to you. We can discuss all rental options and even provide you a guaranteed rent valuation over the phone – however all appraisals are subject to in person inspections by a member of our Acquisitions team.
View the property
We will meet you at your property to confirm the rental valuation and explain the guaranteed rent scheme in detail. We will inspect the standards of the property to ensure the property is suitable for our scheme.
Arrange Certificates
Once you are ready to proceed, we obtain copies of your EPC, NICEIC and Gas Certificates along with 3 full sets of keys. If you don’t have these documents, we can help you obtain these through our qualified engineers. Please visit our property standards page.
Final Inspection
We’ll carry out a final inspection once we are in receipt of the required documents and take full photographs of the property. We then notify our clients that the property is ‘Ready to Let’
Sign contracts and your guaranteed rent starts
Finally, we sign contracts and your Guaranteed Rent starts.
